Please submit this form if you need to pause your loan repayments because the COVID-19 pandemic has directly affected you or your business. Everything you tell us is confidential. Please note, we can only provide financial assistance for your Bank Australia accounts.

If you need financial assistance for reasons other than COVID-19, please complete our standard hardship assistance form.
